I couldn't even get through that whole article. I can't fathom someone being cruel enough to do those things to animals. I think the whole "eye for an eye" theory should kick in about now. I think his punishment should be to have his eyes poked out, his bones broken, and then leave him in an alley somewhere. Probably a little violent I know, but I feel strongly about a**holes like that.

Its so nice the these people are doing everything they can to track this monster and keep everyone informed. If i had a rescue I would keep him picture on a do not adopt to this person board and call police because he is breaking his parole by trying to adopt. What a sicko!

most people like this turn into serial killer later on in life, so it is insane that the punishments for these things are not more strict.
