And that is why so many women do not come forward about their rape because they are considered guilty first and have to prove their innocences before anything else is considered.

The women who have created this scenario by false accusations make it possible for rapists to feel they have a very good shot at never being caught and are making women who truly are victims, victims twice over; they know better, and not only are they creating this for other women, they're ruining the lives of not only those they accuse, but their families as well.

Not saying that is okay.

Just that if rapists weren't, you know, raping people and potentially ruining the lives of their victims and their families, as well as their own families, the whole idea of falsely accusing someone of that act would be rather pointless in the first place.
