Now that he is a year old. Do you guys think he has anything else in him? Offcourse you see the beagle, do you thik he possibly has anything else mixed in there? beagles are very common around here. But just seeing if any one else sees anything.

As someone who is not typically a beagle fan: that is one good looking, athletic dog! And like he has an awesome temperament. I love the picture of him with his head in the water.

I'm seeing something like Treeing Walker Hound (think DocMom's Uncle Fred) but he could just be out of standard beagle from someone's byb hunting kennel. He's pretty cool at any rate.

I thought I remembered saying beagle before but I could be making that up :rofl1: I always thought he had some legs on him but for some reason he was labeled beagle in my head.

He could simply be a bybred Beagle, but there's something about his expression in that first picture that makes me think he might have some Lab in him, too. He's so handsome!

Thak you. This also comes from a non-beagle person lol. I adore this dog, he is just so, good. Hes such a simple laid back dog. total couch potatoe indoors, and cazy wildman running around outside lol. He has a amazing temperment.

I think he is just out of some hunters farm. he was found in farm country, so who knows. Ive never seen a TWH out here, And I have lived out here all my life. but you never know.

He is very athletic, and handsome thanks lol. A little clumbsy. he is now called scar face, due to all the scars his white blaze area picks up from his woods adventures lol

He was a foster, he is pretty much my boyfriends, so not mine. I live with him, feed him, buy him stuff, walk him lol. But he is the boyfriends. JK the boyfriend does a great job of looking after both dogs too. But ask solo who is his owner is, and he will pick ryan any day

Ya I think he is just some BYB huntting stock type of dog. I could see what you mean by his face in the first picture. he is a water hound, so who knows. he would swim all day if you let him lol

It's very common to breed leg into beagles with hound mixes, that's what I see. He's a great looking dog.

yep--looks like a leggy beagle to me--LOL! I think he is adorable--and his personality sounds like he is a great dog.
