I have to laugh at this one. My son is two and a half, and has always been around dogs of course. Today he decided he was going to train Bender, the 10 year old golden. So she has been getting abused by him most of the day, he's dressed her, dragged her around a bit, tried to use her as a horse, you name it. In exchange, she's gotten some bread and butter, apple, waffle, eggs and toast, oranges.....

I guess it's fair in the end... and the baby powder will wash out.

LOL . . . . amazing what animals will put up with from kids. We had a big yellow cat, Gulliver, who suffered untold amounts of that special feline humiliation from being dressed in doll clothes, pushed around in doll buggies, turned into a fairy (Barbie) steed . . . . But we always left one room of the dollhouse for him to sleep in. He really lived up to his name :D

Heehee. My little 3-year-old niece plays with Zeus whenever my parents are dogsitting and babysitting simultaneously. Sierra will ask my mom to put a leash on him, then "walks" Zeus all over the house. And she has to draw pictures for him, play dolls with him, and put on a fashion show for him.

And Zeus puts up with it with such good grace. The only time we had to stop Sierra was when she was trying to insert Mr. Potato Head mustaches in his nostrils.
