Let's do it!!!! What are your weight loss (or gain if you're trying to gain) goals??? Let's encourage each other to reach those goals and help motivate each other. I'll start... I'm 5'2" and officially weight 214.1 lbs. I hate it so much and want to get back down to between 130-140 or so. I'd like to at least lose 50lbs this year. I would love to lose more, but I'm going to set my goal as of right now to 50lbs. If I lose that and want to extend my goal I'll do so. My plan: First off I'm going paleo... still learning a lot about it, but I'm going to transition myself onto the paleo diet. I'm cutting out dairy, sugar, majority of salt and getting a vitamix machine so I can start eating raw green smoothies in the mornings. I own a treadmill that I'm going to make it a point to use more often. I'd like to also get outside and run more often and when I hit my first goal of 50lbs I'm going to run a marathon. I'm also looking into getting a bicycle so I can start cycling with my dogs (more than likely just Bamm, but might do it with Cricket as well and just alternate between dogs).
