13 Week Old Puppy Weight

Our little Wrigley we believe to be a Border Terrier/Cocker Spaniel cross however we are really not sure (he was a rescue). I was wondering what breed of dog you have and what they weighed around this age and what they weigh now (and how old they are now). I am trying to figure out how big he is going to get!

He is 13 weeks and 5.5 lbs approximately.

I would say you are looking at a dog that's going to be close to Border Terrier size, maybe slightly larger, but not much.

Rotties are around 25 lbs at 13 weeks.

I don't know why I was thinking NINE weeks....Rotties will be 30 to 40 lbs usually at 3 mos as well......

It was the best that I have been able to find. After I think about it, though, I realized that it could be WAY off. I feed a "large breed puppy" formula which is supposed to make the dogs grow slower. so there are always things like that to take into consideration.

Charly is an English Springer Spaniel and is currently 4 months (15 weeks) and she weights 16 lbs.

Thanks for the chart that gives me a better idea...I would love for him to stay this little forever--but oh they have to grow up!
We were thinking he would be around a 15lb dog and looks like that is about right plus maybe a few pounds. His mother was about a foot tall and 12 lbs so that kindof gives us an idea but she was abandoned while pregnant at a no kill shelter so we have no idea what the father was (just ideas). Madeline was 5 lbs at 8 weeks around 9 lbs at 5 months and she will be 8 months next week and she goes between 10 1/2 lbs to 11 lbs. I figure she has pretty well stopped growing now, she may reach 12 lbs. She grew like a weed when she was really young, the vet thought she would be 15 to 20 lbs but really slowed down after 5 months, so its hard to say. I would think your dog would be on the small side, probably not getting past 15 lbs, but with mixes its really hard to tell

We just weighed Tugger (beagle) yesterday....he's 15 pounds and he's almost 7 months old.

My Lennox was 14.5 pounds at 7 weeks! I will let you know what he goes when we get to 13 weeks!

border terriers are around 15lb when fully grown.
I will weigh my pup on sunday when he gets home, hes pedigree border terrier and 10 weeks so that should help.
