No, I don't think your wrong to crate them when you need time to yourself. Neither of my dogs are crated very often anymore but I do think that its necessary that they are familiar with a crate in case they need to be crated at the vet, etc. Never know what could happen that would require...

Well...its still a no-go. I threw toys in it, food in it and I got in it...nothing. Uallis doesn't even pay attention and Eddie just circles the pool, wanting what is in it but won't get in it. However, he DID fall in it when he was stretching as far as he could to reach a toy...he stretched...
