We have talked to a trainer and enrolling soldier into a OB class, its 110 for 4 sessions of private and it includes 5 session in group, i'm so excited! I can hardly wait to get started!

I took Bear my chocolate lab to the vet today, and found out hes very overweight, i knew he was a little on the big side but didn't think he was extremely overweight:( So now its off to get him a diet food and cut back on his treats.......I hope he gets where he's supposed to be soon, the vet...

Yesterday the ambulance came and got him and he has been admitted into the ICU, his blood sugar level was over 500 and his oxygen level is low. please keep those prayers coming, he is really weak and has bad thrush of the mouth, and cannot get around.
