  • Iverness, yes I've had the same problem with my 11 yr old eskie. She has done that since being a pup. Only to men. We've had here since she was 9 wks old. I took her to work after all the parvo shots back then and all she did was bark at our mechanic. He's a really nice guy and a dog lover. Go figure! We just keep a water bottle handy. She always has to have the last word though.(she tries but doesn't succeed). That's the only problem we've ever had with her even after training. We just deal with it. Good luck!
Hi: Iam a single person who owns a five year old black lab.She is usually very friendly but once in a while she will have an adversity to a certain male person. No growling or snarling but barking at them and keeping her distance. The last episode was a male with long hair and facial hair which most males she knows do not have. It is very embarassing for me and I tell them to just ignore her and she will come around. Has anyone else had this problem?
