As it turned out, the man's dog did have a bite record. It bit a 7 year old girl last year, and it's been destroyed. Here's the thing - we've seen the other dog it was with, and the poor thing is suffering! It's bleeding, there's blood in the grass, but it's skittish and won't come near us...

My mom had a lot of dogs before I was born, but none when I was. When I was 11 we went to the pound and adopted my first dog, Dre, a great dane/bc mix and boy did he ever live long! He was my heart dog. Oh look, I just got all teary-eyed talking about him.
