Ok, so this past weekend we had 4 herding trials (2 per day). Saturday, "Lynyrd" had an evil duck in his started duck run, so Kim (my herding handler/trainer) stopped it, which was wise. His started sheep run, however, was AWESOME!!! "Lynyrd" placed FIRST in Started Sheep "A" course...

Can't wait to see them! "B'mer" (Ice's sire) is a Best in Specialty Show winner and half brother to my "Lynyrd" :-) Does that mean I get to be some sort of "Auntie" or something??? LOL

Thanks, Grammy. Wish I had a video of yesterday's work session. Lynyrd had a "stare down" with a ewe that didn't want to leave the feed pan...then decided he WAS the boss and went to join the others LOL He was so proud of himself after that, strutted around going, "YEAH! I am THE dog!"...

My guess would be the hormone thing...that and Milton acting like a typical hormonal young male LOL What stud dog are you looking at for Penny?
