made it to the live auction!!!!!!! Will post tonight for the final outcome.
I am not sure if the painting went for 700 or 650. Mom heard 700 but i am not sure. The dog tile final bid was 250. That makes my total donation raised 950. I had hoped to bring a thousand with the painting so i admit i am not as happy about that as i could be. At the same time the tile went for much much more then i would have ever guessed. I guess it all balances out. The important fact is the money is all for the dogs and cats. That is exactly what i want my art to do. Make a difference.
