OK but have you all gotten to know about that awful villain of the forum and her cohorts ? If not I am sure in time you will find out lol. Welcome to Chaz mah ha ha ha my new victims. I see a couple of you here that are going to give us a run lol. Anyway now this is Aus being nice lol Welcome aboard and glad you like it here.
I just hope you all do realize that we are far from perfect and have our knock down drag outs fights as much as any other forum. Don't want anyone's hopes to be dashed when they realize this. 
Oh.. and can I get clarification from the mods on something? If I say "b*tch" or "WTF" will I be breaking any rules? I don't want to accidentally break some rules I wasn't aware of.

No worries... some of us have seen a few interesting threads already and we aren't worried. Besides, certain topics like training and nutrition are always a b*tch no matter where you go!

Please don't call anyone a bitch... but feel free to use the term for yourself or once you are friendly with members and they're okay with that. WTF, WTH, ass, among others have been used before and are all common around here...
