Welcome to the world, Choice babies

We have NINE babies. Unfortunately the last puppy was still born. She had been dead for over 24 hours, and was very very small only 5.3 oz.

The REST of the litter, however, are extremely vigorous and strong. Puppies ranged from 8.1 oz to 14.3 oz.

There are 7 males and 2 females. The puppies are VERY pretty. Muzzles are as wide as the skull, heavy bone, deep deep color, gorgeous stifle turn with short short hocks.

May I now have permission to collapse?

I promise photos later, they are also on the cam now.

Oh CONGRATULATIONS and happy birthday puppies! You and Penny must be SO tired. I'm sorry about the last pup (((HUGS))) but I'm glad everyone else is doing well, they are adorable. thanks for the update!

LOL I am sleep deprived as well but not near what you are. Congrats on the beautiful litter and give Penny another rub for me for a job well done. Hope she can get some rest too. A very special thank you for allowing us to watch this entire thing. It only cost me some sleep and a few finger nails. Again congratulations and a big hug and thank you. You may now go lay down lol.

Oh Red, I have been here off and on since 5 AM watching you help bring these babies into the world. I'm sorry about the 10th pup, at least you have 9 beautiful, healthy pups!!

Thank you, dear girl ,for bringing back so many memories !! I've been with you since 4:45 Am ....and it's been worth every minute . I'm sorry about your little angel. May she join the little one I lost at the bridge .!! Bubba will take care of her ... how he loved puppies ! Now REST !!!!!

Congratulations, what a beautiful little family you have there. So sorry for the loss of the little girl.

I want to thank you for letting us witness all of this. This is the closest I'll ever get in witnessing a live puppy birth and felt very bless to have seen the wee ones come into this world. You did an amazing job helping Penny through this. Hope you all can have some time to rest, you all deserve it.

Aw, I'm so happy you got 9 healthy pups..I'm sorry about the little one that didn't make it. You must be exhausted! You definitely have permission to collapse. I can't wait to see pics!
