New Kids On The Block were hot when I was grade school.

All the girls.. including me.. collected massive amounts of junk from that band..lol

Then when I was 16.. Aqua and the Spice Girls were HOT... and they still are.. according to me :p

Sooooo how about you?? What bands made you oogle and go wild :D

Oh, gosh... I'm showing my age here  . I guess the HOT ones were the classics (if you can call them that... some still are)... Aerosmith, REO Speedwagon, Eagles, Bob Seger, Led Zepplin, Boston, Lynard Skynard, Jackson Browne, etc. I guess to name a few more (gotta think of my 8-track collection, lol): Nazareth, April Wine (1 hit wonder and I can't even remember what they played but I loved it!), Supertramp, Foreigner, J Geils Band, Head East, KISS, Bread, The Knack, The Cars, The Doors, Molly Hatchet, gosh... I could go on and on...

I have to say I much prefer what EliN grew up with, too, lol. I listen to a lot of that stuff now anyway. When I was younger I remember it was the Backstreet Boys, Nsync, 98 Degrees, Christina Aguilara, Britney Spears, Aqua, and more I can't think of right now.

I didn't grow up a normal child.... my mom forbid that all the pop stuff in the house... so I was never into Backstreet Boys, Spice Girls, and all that until I was like 9 or 10.

Before that... I jammed to all the stuff Elin said... Except you forgot Quiet Riot!

My mom has me on video singing Aerosmith :D

Just between you and me, was always a favorite at junior high dances, they also had "Rock myself to sleep" that was also done by Jefferson starship, not sure which one came first though.
