Nola is:

Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler, CGC

I wanted something to reference her New Orleans namesake, and "let the good times roll" is perfect for her.

I named Hudson and I love it....kind of.
His Registered name is - Green Mountain's Angels in Gotham.

Green Mountain is the kennel name and they wanted it somewhere in the name, but it wasn't a requirement. As for the last part, the last episode of Doctor Who with the Pond's is Angels take Manhattan. It was my nod to that episode & it was a nod to where I am currently living & the Hudson is the west border of Manhattan & Batman.

Kaylee is BIMBS/RBIMBS U-CH Bruda Whip Up A Dream Debut BN RN CAA TT CGC TDI. I didn't pick it but I do like it, though I wish the 'Debut' was after the main kennel name. Otherwise it sounds like whipping up a dream debut. That's dumb.

Poison is Bruda Pure Poison. I picked the name, and I love it. :)

Tab is Bruda Jazz It Up With Tabasco. Again, I picked the name and I love it. :)

Also, odd quirk of mine, but I don't like when a kennel name ends in apostrophe "S" like Dance's does. Not sure why, but I just prefer when it doesn't have that and is just the word/name.
I do too! I don't know why, it just sounds nicer to me.

These are all in my signature, but:
Cricket is Tova's Cricket Song of Ardmoor Farms
Journey is Tova's Don't Stop Believin' of Aurai
Newton is Aurai Defying Gravity

We picked them out, and I like all three of them. I wish I had been a little more creative with Cricket's registered name, but it's pretty enough and fits her well. Journey's is cute but I kind of wish my sister had stuck with the litter theme, which was national parks - her puppy name was Denali and I think her puppy registered name was Midnight Sun. Newton's registered name is probably my favorite of the three - his litter theme was physics. It suits him pretty well.

I chose my registered names for my dogs. Bamm is the only one not officially registered but his name is Yadalanh Bedrock n' Roll

Cricket is Yadalanh Little Miss Jiminy Cricket CGC. She is registered with AKC's canine partners.

Joey is Aussie's How To Catch A Kangaroo CGC. He is registered with an AKC PAL.

Future dogs will have Yadalanh in front of their name with the only exceptions being dogs coming from breeders where their kennel name is a requirement in the registered name.

Gambit is Rescues Opening Night Jitters.
Cheshire is Rescues Grin Without a Cat

I picked Kimma and Jari, and I like them both (though technically I didn't have a kennel name picked out when I registered Kimma, so in AKC she's just Kimma LOL). I also picked Jari's brother (he's Loistava's Teemu), and they just have a completely unrelated call name (Axl). The Teemu/Jari thing is funny for many reasons and I totally love it.

Pen and Bubby took some getting used to. I honestly did not like Bubbles as a name at all (though obviously it makes sense given her reg name since Kupla means Bubble in Finnish), but now it's totally her. She's like an airhead sometimes hahaha. And once I found out that Pentti is kind of Finnish slang for "old man," that made me love it since he acts like an old man around the house.

I personally just like Kennel-name call-name. I'm not creative with long reg names so it just made sense to me.

Meg is Random Rescue Meg (Random Rescue being the rescue she came from). I asked if I could use it, and I like it. (PDCH Random Rescue Meg PSCH-Bronze, PJCH-Bronze, PKCH-Bronze, OA, OAJ, CSL-2, CGC)

Gusto was a private rescue, so he is just Gusto, except with the AKC, because there is already an All American named Gusto, so he is Gusto Mania there. But I still just use Gusto (Gusto APD, NAJ). There is no more aptly named dog than Gusto.

,y boyfriend picked out Penn's registered name. He was so excited I couldn't tell him no. It was kennel name then the first word had to start with W as it was the W little.

I wanted E. Won and Only or E. Wishful Thinking but he chose E. Wishing Well and I hate it. But you do throw pennies in wishing wells ..clever, boyfriend. I still dislike it& it took me a long time to like the call name Penny. I usually call her Penn or Miss Penny. Blah.

Merlin is...
Oracle Treestar Expecto Patronum

for those who aren't harry potter geeks.. Expecto Patronum is a spell used to invoke a partially-tangible positive energy force known as a Patronus. These patronuses protect you against the bad stuffs of the world, basically lol

which I think is fitting for a future service dog.

My dogs all have the prefix "SEK", which did have meaning initially, but now it's kind of silly. I just like the way it looks :p I chose all of their names.

Em is SEK Some Like It Hot, which I do still like.
Bloo is SEK Don't Feed It After Midnight, which I LOVE and totally fits her. Little pibble gremlin.
Copper is SEK Pretty Young Thing, which sounds kind of silly, but before that it was just going to be SEK The Fox and The Hound. Plus, if I'm singing it, she sings too, lol.
Shadow's is SEK Shadow of a Hero, which is stupid. I was also 8 when I came up with it, and my grandfather had just passed away. He was a veteran.

Deke is UP Two Minutes For Ruffing, which his handler came up with. Something to do with hockey, like his call name. UP is Unleashed Potential, which is the name I train service dogs under. I think it's cute.

Caleb is URO1 Our Little Caleb Takoda, RA CGC. It was kind of a family effort. We had Caleb picked out for about a year before we got him (my husband suggested it after his 4th great grandfather). After picking Caleb (the puppy) out, I wanted something to add to it. My husband looked at some name lists online and found Takoda. Our youngest son was asked for input on what to put before Caleb Takoda on the registration papers and he came up with Our Little (breeder didn't require using her kennel name). I wasn't totaly crazy about it, but could live with it. My contribution? Besides agreeing to the suggestions, I did the training for the titles. :lol-sign:

Beau's registered name was after the song from the Nitty Gritty band

He was Murray's Bojangles is High Rollin'...
I was thinking "Everything That Glitters", then remembered the horse's name was Red when I saw Beau's registered name.

lol, I'm like that too!

On prefixes, I actually prefer the 's after the breeder's prefix, unless its an abbreviation (UP, SEK, etc)

Quinn is just Kennel Name's Quinn. The boring names tend to be common in the breed lol. I picked it, and while I don't dislike it at all, I wish I had done Kennel Name's Quintan Blue, after her namesake (a cutting Quarter Horse).

Ned is Toolalla Ned Kelly. We were tossing around Toolalla Iron Outlaw (Ned Kelly was an Australian outlaw who wore a homemade suit of metal in his final shoot out), which I still LOVE, but the Ned Kelly connection isn't at obvious, of course. So we stuck with Ned Kelly, who he's named after.

I'm all over names like that! I'm disappointed that there were no good call names to come out of Watson's registered name (Tri?) I love when both names are linked. If I ever have a kennel name it might have something to do with Sherlock/Watson.

Zoe is an unregistered mutt, but when I was signing her up for nosework, I was just playing around with the form and put "Zoe Binoe [my last name]" as her registered name. Somehow it got entered into their system even though I didn't complete the registration process. When I later did the full registration, I ended up getting sent her info with her "registered name" listed in all its glory. It still amuses me. :p I regret nothing.

I chose Gavroche's, and it's perfect and I love it.

I didn't chose Logan's (I think Romy might have?), but it's also perfect and I love it, despite not being an X-Men fan (yet).
