I wish I could have one. I liked your description of them in the Quinn/Poppy thread. I sometimes worry that BCs are going to be too serious for me, as I'm used to a Mia who is a goofball. You and your dogs need to tour around so I can meet some koolies.
That's the issue I have with the BC's I've been around. I love the happy and life is grand attitude they seem to have (I've only had my Traveler but most other Koolie owners I speak to say a lot of the same things). I really really like happy dogs. I love that kind of upbeat, gung-ho way they take life and the confidence they do it with.
I could tell when Traveler was on stock the first time with a BC breeder she was kinda overwhelmed by him though. He wasn't quiet, courteous and was full steam ahead from the start.
They also seem to really turn on at an older age. As puppies they are just enjoying everything. It wasn't till last late summer that Traveler got serious about things.
But I really spend more time laughing with him than anything else. The whole time at agility today he just was doing everything with this giant smile and spring in his step
So when are the girls coming to the U.S.? Will they be here by mid-June when I pass through your area?
YOU'RE GOING TO BE COMING BY HERE!!!!! YAY!!!
And yes! They should get here late May! When are you going to be by? What dogs will you have? And YAY
