Do they have a seperate club or classes for young kids and their dogs?
Bandit knows the basics and my sister has shown an interest in dog handling, especially in agility. Bandit would be perfect as he is not a high drive dog, isn't super slow but not speedy and he's very forgiving. He's no superstar that's for sure but he's a good boy and tries his hardest for his handler. He listens well to my sister both off lead and on. They'll of course be goofing around in the yard at first but I thought it'd be fun for the both of them to join a club with kids her age (she's 10) so she can have the social side of it too but I have no idea where to start as I've only ever done it in the backyard.
Paris's (my sister) bestfriend also has an interest in it. She owns a 8 pound yorkie who just knowing the dog would LOVE agility. She is very handler orientated, fast and really responsive. Great little dog. So my mother and her friend's mother have left it up to me to dig up some info to see if we can get this kids into a club or classes.
