Why do some retail businesses have you fill out 30 page questionnaires when you apply for a job? I am filling out one such questionnaire right now, with those questions with the answers that you "strongly agree, agree, disagree, or strongly agree". Sometimes I don't know what to say to them. For example, there is this question:
"I have never been annoyed when people express ideas different from my own." Should I agree or disagree? I mean, obviously you get annoyed with people sometimes when they have differing opinions, but it doesn't mean you show this annoyance. However, if I say that I DO get annoyed, will that make them think that I will be unkind to customers?
