I hope you will consider releasing him/her soon. Predators are of vast importance and he/she needs to mate and either lay eggs and eat the hubby for desert or mate and be the desert one way or the other.

No shortage of mantids in Texas smkie. It ate the spider and mostquito I gave it earlier today..hard to find mosquitos when you actually want them!

Hanging out in a 30L tank now with plenty of cover...if it looks like it needs to be released I'll do so.

You should bring him over here for lunch. lol I have so many blasted spiders in my house, I'm positive he would leave with a full belly.

He/she will need a ton of food. Grasshopper size which is what they are so valuable for. YOu don't want to feed them spiders, they are a good predator too. IF one does not mate, that destroys hundreds.

oh I got plenty of stuff...I am getting mealys and crickets tho...believe you me I have plenty of tasty flies for him....gone thru about 4 today in addition to the spider and skeeter...

Thanks to Cleo's amazingly delish turd piles...and everyone elses...all it'll take is a slow pickup and the flies will be caught easily in a net LOL.
