Mostly people at work saying "holy crap, did you hear about...?!"

Then I tilt it about 45 degrees clockwise, since I work in about the most liberal, left-leaning company on the planet.

I skim our local paper every morning, and generally have our local news channel on during dinner.

On my off week , I watch one of the local news from wake up to 9 when it goes off , then at noon again for the lunch broadcast.
at 4 pm i tune into a second local channel and watch there early broadcast , then at 5 i switch to the first channel news , then at 6 i switch to a 3rd local channel news and watch it.

during the day i also cruise cnn , fox , cbs , google news and Nola.com .

I will also be bored and watch the local channels online from east texas where my mom lives.

    i like the news.

I don't usually pay attention to the news, but if I hear about something I either check local stations or Fox News. Depending on if its a local or national story.

Although it's becoming really annoying that 90% of their stories are now either videos, or stupid "i reporter" opinion pieces.

I have a BBC news app on my phone that I check once or twice a day. If there was some particularly massive event I'll check out online broadcasts by cruising Google News.

That's it. Most things filter through reddit from varying sources and with the discussions after and questions, it's great to have the dialogue and people to sniff out inaccuracies and discuss everything.

I just listen to NPR as background noise really lol I love the stories and my mom used to make me listen to it on the way to school so it's comforting and interesting.

I refuse to watch Fox (for obvious reasons) and haven't turned on CNN since the Steubenville Rape trail coverage.

Pretty much anything and everything. I browse the local news, CNN, NBC, Huffington Post, Reuters, different science news websites, BBC, even Fox, etc. If it's an important/interesting thing I want to read about it on several sites. I notice certain slants on certain sites so it's nice to see it through a few different perspectives.

Reddit, mainly. Reddit will provide a link and a discussion and probably more links that provide other info. After that I've usually read enough. If not, I'll Google News it, with preference for BBC I guess.

Mostly NPR and people talking. I don't really like watching tv and won't look up news unless I heard about something. I just like like listening to the radio.

I mainly go on the website for the BBC. Sometimes I visit CBC and Al Jazeera. I do visit the websites for Fox News and CNN on occasion but I rarely watch the TV broadcasts.

ABC news online (Australia's equivalent to the BBC) and SBS online/news for a more international focus. I'll hear the news updates on commercial radio throughout the day if I'm out in the work car.

I don't watch a great deal of television news because I rarely watch television, but if I do it'll be ABC or SBS.

Reddit. Exactly as was posted above, there's a link, and article, some comments, and more links in the comments.

Reddit is all about finding the truth, so if someone came on there spouting nonsense they get shut down pretty quick.

I find myself going to Huffington Post for most of my news. That wasn't a thought out decision or anything, I just happen to go to them most for news. I also use Twitter somewhat, during the Boston attacks there were a lot of good Twitter accounts that kept me up to date on what was happening.

I usually just watch one of the local news broadcasts on TV or happen to hear something on the radio at work. I don't tend to look online at all.
