Just a random question...But what is your favorite food to feed? And even if you havn't tried them, or if your dog doesn't like it. Just what would be your favorite food to feed if you could feed any one?

Just curious to see what everyone says! :)

Mine would be Innova EVO.

Hands down Orijen.
High quality ingredients, high protein, no grain, locally made, both dogs love it and do well on it. FINALLY a great food both my dogs can eat when they don't eat raw.:hail:

I have never heard of Orijen....I am going to look at that. :)

ETA, If I am looking right, it has 70% Protein!! How Much does it usually cost?

I would love to try Orijen too, but just can't get it here. The only place I have found that will ship it is in Florida and the cost is well...:yikes:

I think my favorite food to feed is Timberwolf Organics. I feed the grain free formula Wild & Natural and it's smells wonderful, my dogs go bonkers for it and it is giving me the coat results I have been after for a long, long time. I don't think I will ever change.

Lizmo, I used to feed EVO to 4 different dogs and they loved it and I had great results. Some people have had trouble with loose stool when they feed it, but my dogs had better than perfect poop on it. The key is to no over-feed!

I would love to try Orijen as well... the ingredients look amazing.

We use Timberwolf Organics here, and have gotten amazing results. The dogs love it, and their coats look and feel so great :D

My favorites are Eagle Pack Holistic and Timberwolf Organics. I've tried A LOT of different foods and had the best results with those. :) I would also love to try Orijen! Right now it's only available in something like 2 states in the U.S. and when I checked into prices to have it shipped.... yeah not happening in this lifetime. ;)

Orijen is gradually making it further into the USA. It's fairly new so the company is still finding distributors (?sp) . If you want to try it or see if your store wants to be a distributor I think you can contact the company championpetfoods and have them make an inquiry.
For me Orijen is prices slightly lower than Evo but same ball park. I have one dog who does fine on Evo and one who gets the loosey poos if I feed him enough to keep his weight up- he's sensitive and generally a pain in the butt to feed:p I think Evo is a great food- my suspicion is that Sammy doesn't do well on the potatoe in it.

Huge fan of Innova; I'd love to try the EVO RM and also the TWO line since I've heard such good things about it.

Canidae gave me pretty good results with Virgo, but I like her coat better on Innova.

I've always wanted to try Innova EVO. I consider that one of the best foods. It will be a while until I can try it with my dogs but I plan on it. I also really want to try Canidae and Timberwolf Organics.

Orijen sounds excellent.

Mine is Orijen aswell. Tango hasn't been on it long, but already I've seen some wonderful differences in her (and she was eating a high quality food before too). It's an excellent kibble. For as long as I feed kibble (which probably won't be for much longer), I'll only use Orijen. I absolutely love it, as does Tango (she's normally a very picky eater.).

i really like the ocean blue timberwolf, thats what im feeding now, i've tried the innova puppy and adult, as well at the evo, wich my dog did well on, but i bought a bag of the EVO RM and by the end of the bad my dog was in bad shape, flaky skin and losing alot of hair, thats when i switched to the timberwolf and her coat is amazing and so soft, i would have to say that it's my favorite. i havent tried the orijen on my dog, but my cats eat it and do well.

I agree i had Thor on the EVO RM for a few Weeks in the past till I went to the Canidae for him based mostley on price,But when he was on the RM he had no problems with it and seemed to be doing just fine.

If I could feed anything to Riley, I would feed him Innova EVO RM. He was on this for a while until I found out how high the calcium was, and I switched him to Timberwolf Organics Wild and Natural, which has a better calcium percentage for a puppy. He is almost 7 months and still growing, but when he is 18 months-2 years, I probably will switch him back to the EVO. He really loved it and did great on it. His skin seems drier on the TWO, but he's only been on it for a few weeks. He eats kibble in the morning and raw in the evening.
