My vet said it was okay. Here are the ingredients; Milk Indredients, Sugar, Modified Corn Starch, Carageemam, Peticin, Natural and Artificial flavours (contains barley) Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Colour, Active Bacterial Cultures.

Is it safe??

my dog likes it sometimes lol. He like strawberry and banana. I feed him so many different things though, but he can be very picky!

cultured, plain yogurt is a good thing to add to your dog's diet, but i'd recommend staying away from any kind that has sugar, corn syrup or other sweeteners added.

I go to the Naturel food section of my grocery store and purchase natural/plain organic live bio Yogurt. I don't have the container in front of me to get the ingredients:) , but, on the container it states the cows are pasture fed, no pesticides etc. This is the only yogurt myself and my dogs eat:) I give Yogurt to them daily, and yes it is very good for them, espeicially for intestinal health.

What I do as well when I heap a spoonful of yogurt on top of their meal, I add fresh ground organic flax seeds and wheat germ (for vitamin E). The only thing missing to make the meal look delicious is a cherry on top...

I feed my dog yoghurt too, but can't find any plain yoghurt w/o any sugar added, but this new one I bought has like 5g added to the 1 ltr carton. So is that really bad, mordy? I bought it 'cos it has 0% fat.

5g of sugar to a liter container (which is about 2 pounds of yogurt) isn't bad.

however, unless a dog is overweight, yogurt made from whole milk is nutritionally more complete than fat free or low fat. :)

Oh, as everyone here knows,Brutus, will not eat his innova without a tbs of yogut. He gets it three times aday. Roxie and Maggie love it also, but only 1 serving per day. His coat is so soft. Not sure if it is the innova, or the yogurt or both.....but, it works.
