A member on another board lost her dog yesterday to a cereal box with a plastic liner. She got in the trash and suffocated when she couldn't get her head out of the cereal box :(

I'm going to start cutting up my plastic liners.

It's really scary the amount of potential dangers there are. I had a freak accident like that happen to one of my rats and it really opens your eyes to all the seemingly innocuous things that might be lying around.

Very sad :( There was a girl on a horse board I used to frequent that lost her dog when she got her head stuck in a coffee container and she suffocated.

That's very sad. I'm always happy that my trash can us inside the pantry.

That's so sad. :( Poor pup! Things like this really scare me... one of the Cardigans on our Flyball team died from suffocating on a cheetos bag.

Baby-proofing cupboards and keeping trash out of reach is pretty effective. I wouldn't go cutting up plastic liners but you can never be too safe! Especially with Corgs.
