Ok dumb question, but I need to know if I should pack one!!! Here they do....
It's hit and miss. I would say most do, but I think I've stayed at one or two that didn't. It maybe I was blind and just didn't see it. I don't blow dry my hair, so I didn't look to hard. LOL
I might not pack one, and buy a cheapo travel one there..... Sorted!!!!!
I don't think I've stayed in a room in years that didn't have one. Maybe I've just been lucking out though?
I've never had a hotel room that hasn't had one. Hostels and motels usually won't, but hotels? Yeah.
In my experience, yes there is one. Often it's in a bag hanging on a hook or in a drawer in the bathroom. Cheaper hotels may not, though. Most of your major chains will.
As far as packing your own, don't forget a converter for the US plugs. They are different from the UK, aren't they?
I have 2 converters!!!
Well.. I'm not going to pack my hairdryer... :yikes:
I'm technically not packing now, I'm sat in bed..... Last minute dot com...
I imagine all hotels, even the very cheap ones have them, as do most motels (hostels will not). If you do stumble across a room without one, I'd ask the staff, as I've never been in a hotel without one.
I'e never been to a regular hotel/motel that didn't have one . Now, if you are staying in a crappity crap place and it is broken...you may not get a replacement .
It's hit or miss. I've seen them just as often as not.
Another option is to go to a walmart type store and buy a cheap one to take with you for your trip, then leave it behind, you can get them for like $10-$15.
