What kind of mother shuts her 12 year old in a basement anyway? Why not shut up the dogs instead, or better yet take her son with her? In the article it sounds like she was kind of like "oh, well it was his time to die", when it was really her fault

What mother would say "it was his time to go" about her child? That woman has got some sort of mental problems going on and a child had to suffer because of it as well as the dogs. That is just so sad

I think people should have to take a test in order to own any of the bully breeds. If they don't pass the test they shouldn't be allowed to own them. They can do a lot of harm or a lot of good an obviously this lady didn't know how to control the dogs and protect her child. It's people like that that shouldn't own bully breeds. If my dog started acting like that he'd be crated our outside in the yard in his run. There is no way that I would let him have run of the house!
