Good breeder or bad breeder?
I recently bought a puppy. I researched for a long time, new it had to be the "right dog" because i did not want shedding. Well, i did find the perfect dog for me. Anyhooo's i talked to the breeder many times asked alot of questions. My final question before i bought the dog was.... Was there anything else i needed to know? Ohh i was told everything was good to go.
We took Simon to the vet for his shots and the vet informs us that he has a hernia (his belly button is out). He said it wasnt a big deal but that we would have to keep an eye on it to make sure it did not get bigger, because it wont heal for another 2-3 months. I talked to the breeder of course, i was upset. She told me that the hernia was healed and of no danger. I responded that in my opinion this is something a potential buyer needs to know, after all how many ppl would buy a pup not knowing for sure how dangerous the hernia could be. She had no answer to that. Regardless of how small the problem was i feel she should of told me... it was my decision, not hers. Of course i would never ever return my dog. As far as i am concerned she's a liar and a few other thoughts too.
