She's around 10 months old. She's mostly lab I think, but has these crazy ears. Her ears have brown/reddish spotting and she has red/brown fur (mixed with the blonde) going down her spine to her tail. Any suggestions? Her hair is short and course. She's around 59 pounds right now.

She's 100% cute. :) Love the ears. She looks like she could be full Lab to me, but I'm not a Lab person.

Those ears are not Lab IMO. The body, hair and face look like a yellow Lab but those ears scream something else. Did something happen to them...an accident maybe...that made them turn or not hang down? If not, then she's got something besides Lab in there. :)

We got her from a friend who was moving. I had seen her several times prior to them getting rid of her. They said she was a lab, but I think she might be mixed with something. They weren't sure. She's cute, but a handful and a half!!!

I have 2 Labs. The ears on your dog are not "Lab" ears. The people you got her from must not have known that.

I have a friend with a dog that could be your dog's twin! Her dog is supposed to be a Lab/ACD mix. That could give you the mottled color and the "confused" ears. Whatevery, she's cute!

Where did your friend get her from? Sometimes knowing where the dog came from gives you an idea about its history.

Just curious, what is ACD?
