My collie loves to eat her food slowly piece by piece while lying down on the floor. Lazy dog. :D She has a favorite spot on my bedroom floor where she likes to rest. Pumpkin has his favorite couch which he sleeps on almost exclusively. :D

Watson has too many quirks to count... I think it comes from being born a basenji :D He must be covered by a blanket when sleeping even on hot nights. Thou shalt not touch the cinnamon bun tail! Toys must be soft, squishy, and round, or they die instantly. The list goes on...

Menchi will not walk up the stairs to our second floor, she demands to be carried!

Hugo isn't super quirky, but he HATES cold rainy grass. If it was cold and rainy in the morning, he paces on the sidewalk and then VERY reluctantly steps barely onto the grass to pee and jump back on to the sidewalk.

River... is a weirdo. She has more quirks than I can count. When snuggling, she desperately wants to have some part of her face under some part of your body. The first thing she learned to do when we got her was "sit" and now she's obsessed with sitting so when we go to feed her scoots along on her butt in excitement. When she has to poop to runs to a spot she wants, walks past it and then backs up to it to poop. When she wants something you have she springs straight in the air in front of you but makes no attempt to touch you or grab the item. I could go on and on, lol.

I love threads like these and reading about everyone else's dog!

Cali is... pretty quirky, so let's see how many quirks I can think of off the top of my head. When she gets really excited, she scoots around the floor by running then sliding her feet out in front of her. If there's a blanket on the couch (or if she's in bed with me), she insists on burrowing herself underneath... often just leaving the tip of her nose out. Whenever she meets people, she rolls over on their feet... not by their feet... on their feet. She also hates walking in the rain and isn't a fan of swimming... yet she loves mud and tears right through it on hikes.

Her newest quirk, which is sort of annoying, is that she can't accept that she's done her meal and she now stands at her dish, staring at me, while letting out pitiful little yips. I recently switched her to Primal and she's gone from a dog who would barely eat to a dog who devours her meals in about a minute... which I'm thrilled about but I think she will take a bit to realize that she only gets two meals a day. :p

Hero must have squinty eyes if it is raining. Squinty squinty eyes.

Crystal only eats her dinner if she sees Hero eating it first, or if you throw a couple of kibbled like it is a toy. She also slaps her rear end against you repeatedly in an attempt to get butt scratches. She even does it to Hero sometimes lol!

My Ella will bring me random items -like socks and coasters- if I'm ever looking sad.
She probably thinks it will cheer me up (which it does!)~ :)
