No there's no laws like that here. That's a good one though! There is a leash law though, if a dog is outside it's supposed to be on a leash. Also supposed to have a rabies tag, which this dog doesnot.
I guess I could pull more espionage tricks to take photos of the conditions, it's a 6ft wooden fence (crappy thing) and then a smaller chain link fence. It just feels like I'm fighting a losing battle. I want the dog to be happy and healthy, not sit at the pound and hope she gets adopted, and not be in their care. That's life though I guess.
Oh and I don't feel bad for that bunch of white trash in the slightest!
