Wow! Some big babies! How's the family doing with their new pup? Have they sent any new pics or kept in touch? I know my breeder emailed me for three weeks straight after I got Marq just to keep in touch and make sure everythign was going alright. Emails have dwindled now though. With Marq's wonderful training and obedience lately I will have to email her with an update and more videos!

I kept 3.
Daizy is exactly the same. No better-BUT no worse either!
She seems alittle lazier though. She rests more and stays in one spot to play alot. She has her own area as you will see in the pics tomorrow. Either she is giving in, or it is affecting her more, or she is just realizing she is spoiled and I will be there waiting on her hand and foot!
This sucks.

She had a lack of oxygen at birth.
I purchased 3 kennels after the pups left this weekend. I lined them up in my dining room. (Hubby says they all look like they are on death row sitting in them!) Happy to report, no accidents through the night! I know it will take time, just like Dixie, but it is a good start! I imagine it will be different when I get home despite hubby going to let them out at noon!

I also disagree and with good reason, I'll explain why. I send alot of friends here. Many of them who are not presently experiencing any problems with their pets, according to their feedback, browse the forum and check out the threads with pics of puppies. We all love puppy pictures right? Well when seeing Mach1girl's pics of her beautiful puppies, without knowing the background regarding this breeding, they feel like they want puppies from their own pups and want to breed. Keep in mind, these people, are sent here because I think there's much to learn, many are not as knowledgable regarding the issues etc. of breeding. They search out puppy/dog pics. They also check out her website, where she states her male is advertised to stud. I know, they should be reading all the other threads too, and I've often told them so, but what about people who just happen upon Chaz, because they love seeing dog and puppy pics? They're getting the wrong impression about Mach's puppys and about how it's all lovey dovey, and thinking it's easy. I don't know, maybe Mach could have a line about it being an "accidental" breeding and discouraging breeding with all the puppy pictures?. I can honestly say it's painting a rosey picture of irresponsible breeding just looking at those beautiful puppy pictures, and that IMHO is just wrong and not what we want to do. I fully understand Reds reasoning for bringing it up every once in a while, but like I said, many don't read all the posts but only look at the pictures, so while I agree with her, I don't think it's getting the desired effect.
Mach1girl, why are you keeping 3? I understand keeping Daisy, but what are your plans for the others? I saw that asked, but it still hasn't been answered!

Sure it has been answered. Chocy and Kato will be worked in WP and obedience, and if Kato doesnt get too blubbery, he will be used in conformation. I plan on using these dogs for other then pets as well.

But I will state this, it was an accident, but I am **** proud of the outcome for the most part. I thank GOD every second for giving me the opportunity to get to know these pups. They are alot of fun. Im happy for them-all.
But Ill stop, or do you suggest a *warning* with every picture?? Warning-byb bred pups, accident, mistake, precious but dont follow! I just figured everyone was there to help me through whelping, everyone wanted to see how they are growing.

Please don't stop posting pictures, I'm one of the first to open the picture threads you post, and love seeing them. All I'm trying to say is maybe you could add a sentence to your siggy saying something like, "we love these puppies with all our hearts, but please do not consider breeding any dog until you've read and educated yourself on the subject". Heck it wouldn't even have to be that long, just something to not encourage newbies to breed just to get a beautiful puppy like you've been blessed with!
BTW, I have NEVER posted anything negative/slammed you about this breeding if you check! Nore have I pm'd you or anyone regarding this matter.Just for the record!

If anyone read any single word of any of the threads, they would see the trouble mach has had. If a person is seriously looking for info on breeding, they're gonna read the threads. If they're just looking for puppy pictures, and that's what they're going to base their reasons on for breeding, then there's not much we could have done for them anyway.
If a person turns to chaz to find info on breeding, very quickly they will learn how most of us feel about it.
Don't stop posting the pictures, mach. We've all got puppies. I don't think you should have to post a disclaimer with your pictures. If you did that, then all of us with mutt puppies should have to do the same.

Weather it was accidental or not it DOESNT matter. It's not like we can go back and change time.
All we can do now is to continue to offer Mach our suport. It's HER life, i has been made clear why many of you dont think she shoud keep 3, but in the end it's HER desision.
Mach - I love your pics so please keep posting them. Dont let a couple of rude people turn you away. Most of us LOVE puppy pics
