Amen to that! Isn't it funny how we (humans in general)
KNOW we feel better when we eat better but that doesn't stop us from reaching for the junk?
Here's a wonderful example: I don't like McDonalds in general. It has nothing to do with dieting, I've never liked them even as a child. They are overly greasy, overly salty, and IMO the burgers don't taste like 100% beef regardless of what they claim. BUT...........I have a weakness for McDonald's filet of fish sandwiches. Every now and then I just
have to have one. I know that when I have one it's going to tear my stomach up and mess with my intestines.........there's no "IF" about it, but that doesn't stop me from wanting one and drooling over the commercials
