So I have no number to report! but I do have a change in attitude I guess lol
Good for you!!! That's awesome. Like really really awesome.

I have a number but it's irrelevant LOL. Last time I was at the doctor I weighed 150. But the pants I bought in November when I weighed 140-ish are too big now. So MEH

Amen to that! Isn't it funny how we (humans in general) KNOW we feel better when we eat better but that doesn't stop us from reaching for the junk?

Here's a wonderful example: I don't like McDonalds in general. It has nothing to do with dieting, I've never liked them even as a child. They are overly greasy, overly salty, and IMO the burgers don't taste like 100% beef regardless of what they claim. BUT...........I have a weakness for McDonald's filet of fish sandwiches. Every now and then I just have to have one. I know that when I have one it's going to tear my stomach up and mess with my intestines.........there's no "IF" about it, but that doesn't stop me from wanting one and drooling over the commercials
I haven't eaten McDonald's since their stupid pit bull commercial. I had been wanting to give it up for a while, but that was more than enough reason to actually go through with it ;)

My weakness is fish and chips. And fish fingers and custard. They don't even have to be particularly good fish fingers

Thank you. First time I've gotten down in a healthy way. I was 146, my lowest adult weight 5ish years ago. I wasn't eating, while skiing 40 hours a week. I pretty much figured I couldn't lose weight as I've tried so many different things..

Woahhhh, is that actually good? Unfortunately my family never buys either of those, but I've always wanted to try it while wearing a fez.

Oh, it's FANTASTIC. Real custard is best, but cook-n-serve pudding is okay.

Aaaand you can get a fez for around $3 on Amazon ;)

Down 30.8 pounds. Had a 'whoosh' this morning. Puts me under my original goal which was 150. My new goal is 140.

Well, I tried on clothes last night. Stuff I'm not too sure how I wore while heavier. I'm happier.. but want more, lol. But yes, you are right. I am feeling way better being lighter.

Congrats to you too Renee. Awesome :)

So with all the riding and shleping around with horses.. my weight number might not be changing much ... but I lost 1/2 from around my waist and more from my hips. The most exciting was.. way back in the school year (before Xmas) I ordered a chem hoodie. I wasn't sure which size to get. I knew I was losing weight.. but ya know? At the time I ordered it I took an XXL, I ordered a large. Got it today.. it fits on the snug side, but looks good!

I am back at it, using the WW app instead of MFP, but may go to MFP to update my weight..

I was shocked how much I had put back on when I went to my first weigh in last week.... Sigh..

But, I have a Weight loss Buddy this time! My daughter is trying to get pregnant again, and was advised if she lost some weight it may help, so we are talking it together!!

First weigh in will be tomorrow night.... We go either Mon evening or Tue Noon depending on my work schedule...

So inspired by everyone's progress!!!!

Stuck for the last 5 days. :wall:

Stop whining!:p I've been stuck since Xmas! That's when I gained about 10 lbs after having lost a bunch! (it's that low thyroid, ya see...eh-hem) (and York Patties ) Well, just recently, like in the last week or so, I think I finally lost about 3 lbs. Woopdie doo. Anyhow, I didn't even know you needed to lose weight. But if you're trying, all of a sudden, when you least expect it, a few lbs will probably go off.
