So this was awhile back, but i still want to share :)

My sister's room (2nd floor) has a balcony...and my mom was with Oakley in there, and she had the balcony door open so Oakley could run in and out. Now, the railing has to be at least 3-4 feet high....

anyways, my mom is typing away, and all of a sudden she hears a thud...runs out to the balcony, and sees oakley, on the concrete, just sitting there, wagging his tail!!

We still have no clue how he managed, or WHY he jumped down there, and why he didnt run away (cuz he usually takes advantage of being able to slip outside)

anyways, no harm done at all :)....or actually...come to think of it...see my other thread about him needing an alignment, lol

yeah, as far as we know nothing was wrong... we didnt get him checked out professionally, but we were watching him run and stuff to make sure he wasnt limping...and he was running just as fast as ever...

as far as i know, dogs should know when they are hurt as well...like horsies do...(they make VERY sure you know when a hoof is bothering them, or they have any saddle sores, etc)

i hope i am correct in that assumption...but its been like, 2 1/2 months, without any issues

our old cat use to jump out of the second story window on a regular basis..and land on the concrete drive below..now he walks as if he has four legs made of boards..i wonder why? you might whisper into your pup's ears that sometimes youthful antics have old paybacks.
