And some people still feel safe leaving their dogs outside alone for prolonged periods of time. :'(

Yeah, people can be sickos. We don't leave our dogs outside unattended, but a long time ago, the dog I got my user name from (Charlie, obviously lol) used to chase people down the street, (before I knew better ) so thankfully people tend to stay away from our fence.
