I am taking a trip down to the Seattle area in a few weeks and I'm wondering if there are any shelters down there that have a higher euthanasia rate that would work with a rescue to pull dogs that are in danger of being PTS. I'd like to bring a dog that's in danger of being PTS back with me to Canada and rehome it through rescue. If someone can point me in the direction of shelters like this that'd be helpful.
