Geez, everything is still so GREEN there! I'm jealous!!

Vic's got his snow nose already...I just love that little tip-tip-tippy wag he does with his bucket. :D

NO it's not green here. THese were taken more than a month ago. BEfore Victor did his trick or treating.

HIs snow nose seems to be a perm condition. Sighs. I liked it a bit darker.

HE really doesn't mind carrying it as long as it isn't for too long. WE always start out for very short trips and slowly increase the time. HE got really good at carrying it in crowds holding it just right so it doesn't bump into anyone's legs.
HE has collected over 750 dollars for the humane society in the last three years.

DO yoou know how hard it is to get a good running video? IN the woods it isn't even possible. I love seeing them run like that. Some part of my heart breaks loose and runs with them. THey are both athletes and both have just a competitive edge to them. Victor and Pepper are quite the team now, good for each other.

Hehehe.........she might have caught him, but it was only because he wasn't really trying too hard to out run her ;)

I love they way he carries his bucket, I bet Orson would love to do that, he's always carrying random things around the house :)

YOu have to make sure it is postitioned correctly in the dog's mouth so there is no pinch to a lip. WE started with a pencil, then moved to a small paint roller, a cloth sack, then a cloth sack with a bit of weight. SHort lessons. ONce we had hold it down, carrying it was a different kettle of fish. SO we went the distance of one drive way to another with praise. THen the next time I doubled it. Eventually he could carry it around the block no trouble. I think it took 10 days originally. WE practice for a month before it is trick or treat at big public events.
