THE scratches and "road rash" are basically gone, but the puncture is ugly. I have good ointment and it is healing. IT is a great deal like the one he got at grammy's but instead of being in a deep muscle, it is where his rib ends so there isn't much there. And that is why i think he bruised the tip of the rib as well.

AT least we know he will like wearing it. ONly dog i know that get's miffed when i put one of his coats on someone else. I would have had his nylon one on him but the weather was warmer and last time he ripped it in more places. IT was never meant for racing through thorns. HE is quite a few scratches in other places. ZOom how is molly?

She's fine. Still have some burrs to brush out of her ears, but she's got enough hair on her to keep her from getting ripped up.

I think VIctor might have come down on that tree that was hit by lightening and impaled himself. I can't think of anywhere else he would have run something black as soot into his body. IT wasn't mud, it didn't wash off, it was inside the skin and into the tissue.

I am glad Molly is ok. I was worried since she is a lunatic too when it comes to freedom.
