Yeah, its dead. It sometimes cycles a bit and its only been 11 days.


Still, the forum is suffering from the inability of the back end to keep the spammers at bay. No one has bothered to either figure out why, or tell us why this site his hammered so bad compared to every other message board I've ever seen (besides that its old- what does new software do anyway?)

And who owns it now?

Honestly, I always use the quick reply box, and I've stopped posting as much since it's gone away.

I think it's great that the questions are keeping spammers away... but like myself, I'm sure it's keeping members from replying as much because of the hassle.

The captcha's were seriously annoying to me, to the point where I wouldn't post because I didn't want to deal with the hassle.

The questions haven't stopped me from posting at all! I think they are a great solution.

It has slowed down my desire to check the forum without tapatalk but its not that bad without the first attempt (whatchamacallums).

I'm with Jessie, the quick reply box being gone tempers my posting more than the questions, mainly because I forget about the questions everytime until I hit post and it yells at me that I got the answer wrong.

But, honestly I just think we're not in the middle of a huge debate so things are rip roaring. Which is A Ok with me!

How neat is that?! I'm in Sydney but we have been to Mabou tons. Lots of people I know have cabins out that area I've been to Judique a handful of times as well!
