TV's Fox stole a picture of a Pug

I don't think it matters what rights she has if she posted the pic on a site/blogsite that's owned by another company does it? You'd have to read the domain's TOS I'd guess.
I posted pics and blogs at a fox affiliate and my girls pic was taken and used in their banner on their pets page...it's right there is TOS that pictures posted there can be used by them at anytime without asking or paying.

Here's the TOS that attaches to my domain which I pay a fee for...
"With respect to photos, graphics, audio or video you submit or make available for inclusion on any publicly accessible area of the Service other than Yahoo! Groups, you grant AT&T and Yahoo! the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the Service solely for the purpose for which such Content was submitted or made available. This license exists only for as long as you elect to continue to include such Content on the Service and will terminate at the time you remove or Yahoo! removes such Content from the Service. "
That to me means they can take and distribute any of the photos I put up on "my" site...and use them for the purpose they were put there for...to be seen...which is pretty vague LOL!

Exactly. You need to read the TOS if you want a host that won't have the option to use your photos. Otherwise use a photo album like those at www.pbase.com, as they give full rights to the photographer and never tamper with the photos uploaded.
I actually think even Photobucket reserves some rights to photos uploaded to their site.
