I had a dog treat sitting on the couch next to me. It was just a piece left over from giving Morgan his meds. I'd just set it down for a moment to check my email and whatnot.
Next thing I know, Whitacre (cat) is sitting next to me, looking nonchalant. When he thinks I'm not looking, he picks up the dog treat, and walks away with it as if nothing were out of the ordinary.
Of course, since it wasn't exactly a small treat, Whitacre couldn't figure out how to eat the dang thing, so he just drooled all over it, rolled on it, and left it in the middle of the floor.
But don't worry. Morgan took care of it a few minutes later.
