So we decided to go for a quick run today and erm...we may have overdone it 
Whoops. We started the run and then we got so darn distracted by the absolutely stunning scenery before we knew it we went 3 miles. Not exactly what we wanted, but it was sooo pretty! We went down the Fish lake trail I posted a few pictures of, but about a mile down it turns from pretty to stunning! You go into a wildlife refuge, which I didn't know it was that close. We saw a ton of huge crow's (ravens?), a couple hawks, a lot of bunnies and chipmunks, and neat birds, and a crane, and best we saw a bald eagle! I wish I had my camera, it was awesome!
The downside, we took both dogs along yeah, bad on us our poor pups. Art hasn't been running in a while and Talon has never been running with us. Art didn't do bad, he only got a bit tired on the way back. Talon was sooo tired on the way back, poor guy. I decided since it was our fault for not realizing how far we went and turning back earlier, well...... I decided he had enough and needed a rest. Unfortanately it was getting darker and we still had 1.5 miles to go sooo we couldn't stop. I decided this was the best/fastest way to rest him, he didn't mind.
Don't mind me, I look like crap, but I did just make a long run!

Again, we sooo didn't mean to go that far! This isn't a normal thing for Talon. Artimis, yeah....it is but usually after building it up a bit, but he handeled it like a pro. Talon, he's still so young, we only planned on a short run and then walk back, but....oops.....yeah lol
