Hey yall... I know I am new here, though some of you know me from other forums, so this may not be received well. Please, email me with any questions you have... I am more than happy to explain the situation fully to anyone :)

Pictures can be found in my introduction thread.

I am looking for appropriate homes for three members of my pack, through no fault of their own.

The first is Angus. The basics - Angus is around two years old, and is a good ol' fashioned mutt. He is neutered and one of those incredibly healthy dogs that usually only happens with a true blue mutt. Angus is truly an amazing dog. He is incredibly sweet... LOVES other dogs... is completely cat/small animal safe. He loves to go for walks, and he LIVES for being in a vehicle. His only fault is that he must be secured at all times... if he can get through a fence, he will wander around. He comes back... but it could be hours. Angus was a street dog most of his life, so he's a bit 'undomesticated' on that front. But he takes to being on a tie out or crated inside like a champ. He does not, however, prefer to be in an outside kennel.

The second is Lyric. Honestly... I don't know how I feel about this, but if there is a better home out there for her that is what I want. Lyric has been with me since she was four weeks old. Her litter was abandoned when a family was evicted from their home, and I took them in. I adopted out the litter and mama, but Lyric found a place in my heart. However, as she is maturing it's clear that there is something lacking in my lifestyle that Lyric could possibly use. Lyric is a "special" dog... she has a bit of that "herding mix" neuroticness. She likes to collect things, run around like a madhouse, and wrestle with other dogs. She's never been on a leash or off my property. She is incredibly wary of strangers, but isn't fearfully snappy. She's a really sweet, sweet girl... I nearly deleted this entire paragraph as I wrote that. I can't imagine placing her... but I have to put out feelers to see if, somehow, there is someone better suited. She is just under a year old.

The third is Polaris. He is sweet, spunky, and very smart. Already neutered and vaccinated (save for rabies)... about 5 months old. Polaris has a list of basic obedience commands under his belt already, and loves going for walks to meet new people. He can be a jerk with new dogs at first, but at home he loves to play. He is stubborn and had his own mind about things, so needs an owner familiar with the bully breed mentality as I believe he is a pit bull/heeler mix and takes after the pit bull stubbornness! He's a little guy... leggy and lean. Very loving... house and crate trained. He LOVES kids!

I think I covered most everything. We are located in Northern California. I am open to out of state adoptions.

Please PM me, or email me at [email protected] if you'd like further details, or more pictures (because I have a TON of those) :)

It must be really difficult to let them go to other homes. The love and care you have for them shows in the photos and they way you describe them :)

There's something about Polaris that reminds me of Nikki's Buddy :)
