That's a really great question. :lol-sign:

The most annoying thing though for me is how they state that is the 'original' sheltie. Yeah... the original working breed used to herd and guard sheep was the same size or smaller than my papillons.... Right. There were some dogs I saw that were 8 inches tall! That's insane! Summer is 11 inches tall.

Duh...if you can't see any blood on its lips, it's friendly. 10.

If you can see small amounts of blood, it's average. 5.

If you can still make out an identifiable piece of human body in it's mouth, it's not nice. 0.

Think I can get a judging license from them?
