I agree ! Sad .
ummm...okay. apparently you get a championship through the judges viewing photos of your dog?
Photoshop anyone?
oh goodness. and they do NOT run cheap
"Our puppy prices vary between $1500 and $3000, depending upon quality, size, and registerability."
I just dont see the need..
I just keep thinking some of those dogs are shorter than Mia!
ETA: I didn't read the championship page Romy... more
How do they judge temperament in a photo??
they might as well just do dog shows over skype lol
That's a really great question. :lol-sign:
The most annoying thing though for me is how they state that is the 'original' sheltie. Yeah... the original working breed used to herd and guard sheep was the same size or smaller than my papillons.... Right. There were some dogs I saw that were 8 inches tall! That's insane! Summer is 11 inches tall.
I can't even begin to put into words what I would like to say because it is not child friendly. Insert a lot of **** and you'll have pretty close to what I want to say.
Well I feel sad for those that fall for this....
It says on the standard "Disqualifications
None " :yikes:
If their tails aren't tucked, they have excellent temperaments.
Duh...if you can't see any blood on its lips, it's friendly. 10.
If you can see small amounts of blood, it's average. 5.
If you can still make out an identifiable piece of human body in it's mouth, it's not nice. 0.
Think I can get a judging license from them?
