I had a 6" subway sandwich. Flatbread, sweet onion chicken teriyaki; with teriyaki sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickles, banana peppers, light mayo, sweet onion sauce. Small bag of salt and vinegar chips, 30 oz of sweet tea, 30 oz of coke, 2 glasses of milk, 2 glasses of water, a small portion of cream corn, & a very tiny portion of spaghetti.

I think that's all lol I ate a lot cause I worked my ass off today running, literally, all over the farm today. Even had to chase a horse about 1.5 miles at a very hard run. My legs almost feel off. Thank God i wore my t-shoes instead of my muckin boots.

I'm on low carb because I like eating clean and not pure sugar, but I think I'm the only person trying to gain weight.

So far I've had:

No breakfast.

A salad with salad junk for lunch.

2.5 packs of those stupid peanut butter crackers for snacking.

2 bisquick waffles with peanut butter and pure maple syrup for dinner. I'm still hungry... don't have many choices.

I am. Partially because I'm pregnant but I'm generally underweight and struggle to maintain it.

I didn't know that you could lose weight while pregnant, isn't that a little ... Oxymoronic (wordage not meant as an insult)?
What do you mean? Of course you CAN lose weight while pregnant...but unless you're very, very overweight (like obese) to begin with, it's not healthy. But for lots of people, either with morning sickness or just high metabolism, it can be very difficult to even maintain, much less gain, weight.

I'm not trying to lose weight exactly but I am trying to lower my body fat percentage. I had it done in the early fall and it was 22.3%. I'd like to get sub-20, I think about 18%. It seems like below 16% your athletic performance starts to suffer and I'm not game to give up athletic performance. NOPE. There will probably ultimately be some poundage shifting between fat and muscle but I only ever get on the scale at the doctor's office since that number no longer means anything to me.

Dinner was chicken, chorizo, and more of the chipotle salsa from TJ's. Nom nom nom nom!

Altered my dinner salad slightly (I know, I'm getting all crazy) and tonight it was:

Spinach (instead of Romaine, hold me back people!)
Tuna with diced celery and green onions
Marzetti Simply Dressed Balsamic
AND HALF AN AVACADO!!

Told you I was crazy :p

I had a bowl of veggie soup, a slice of sour dough bred from San Francisco (I was up there all week for a conference) and a mug of Mexican hot chocolate for dinner.

I'll probably have a snack in a bit.

I tasted one of my Atkins shakes and OMG NOM. It tastes like hot chocolate that's been cooled off. That's definitely my breakfast/lunch tomorrow! Also going grocery shopping tomorrow to give myself more options.

I'm not on a specific diet right now, just trying to eat better. Eventually I will be going back to keto though.

TIL....when you eat no gluten/diary/everything clean for 9 days, then have mac and cheese...your body gets PISSED!

I made a smoothie because my throat is killing me. Banana, orange juice, and some ice cream since I was lazy and didn't feel like breaking out the blender so I could use yogurt and ice.
