Some videos from Martha Stewart show with alot of great honest info on rabbit ownership.

The only couple of things I disagree with are that Pellets should be the main staple in a rabbits diet. I (and many other rabbit owners) beleive a varied hay, grass, and veggie diet with just a small amount of pellets (or no pellets at all!) is the best diet for a healthy rabbit.

I also prefer heavy water bowls instead of water bottles.

But the rest of the info is very good.

You're right, pellets are simply a fattening tool used by people who breed rabbits for food. Baby rabbits do well on pellets too, because they are growing so quickly.

My house rabbits got unlimited hay in their litter boxes each day, and a small pile of fresh vegetables at night. (And a tiny slice of banana every morning that they went NUTS for!)

my buns just get 1/4th a cup of pellets a day, and unlimited grass hay.
sadly, we do leafy green veggies most days.
