I miss Izzie. I left her up with her auntie and uncle while I go away to hawaii but I miss her like crazy especially since it's bedtime and i don't have my snuggly pug.

People asking me to hang out on Friday nights. I've been at work since 8:20, just got home a bit ago. I WANT TO GO OUT WITH YOU BUT I WANT TO GO TO BED MORE. Sorry. I am a loser.

Ah yes, the everlasting dilemma. Says the girl who got off work at 9:15 after getting there at 8:20am and was in bed by 10pm. :p

I REALLY dislike doing out of state deals. Especially when the car and half the buying party is here, but the co-signer and the one with the credit and thus most of the decision making power is in the other state and one of those people who just HAS to do things their way, regardless of what actually makes sense and thus just keeps things going around in an endless circle with no real end in sight because there's no good reason as to why he just doesn't buy the car I have right now and be done with it. We have the better price, better business practice and it doesn't involve driving a brand-new car 1000 miles through snow covered passes.

My entire living area smells like nasty dead deer. Josh stuck a couple leg pieces that had meat on them in our mini fridge for the dogs. I didn't know about them so they didn't get frozen in time for the dogs and guess what went bad in the fridge.... The deer legs. Now every time I open my fridge that smell comes leaking out. Add to that the fact that Josh got another doe two days ago so now there is a bunch of fresh meat in that fridge now too. I'm taking a tonnnn of meat to my in laws today though since they let us use their extra freezer space to store most of our meat.

I have a few candles burning right now

Wipe the inside of the fridge down with Chlorox type wipes or a white vinegar/water solution, then put a bowl of baking soda in. Even better, if possible, empty the fridge out and leave the door open for a couple of days after wiping it down.

Rhio took Leland away from us. Not entirely surprising considering how trite she is about being so willing to tear up his family/happiness for her own personal agenda, and how little we get to see him (unless she needs a babysitter). We didn't get him at all for any holidays, only saw him briefly on BeAu's birthday back in October. And there isn't anything we can do about it, except sell the Christmas gifts we had for him.

And despite this being done, she is probably still stalking me. So...police time!

When I log in, it says "You have a notice available about your Marketplace eligibility."
[3:23:05 pm]: Shannon
How can I view the notice?
[3:24:02 pm]: Steve
You would have to call the Marketplace if you can't open it. We are available to help you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can reach us toll free at 1-800-318-2596.
[3:24:18 pm]: Steve
That could be what you are waiting on.
[3:24:21 pm]: Shannon
Where would I attempt opening it?
[3:27:49 pm]: Steve
Go ahead and call the Marketplace, the agent will be able to go right in and see it for you.
[3:28:15 pm]: Shannon
Is it okay to call with an IP-relay service? I have autism and can't do phone calls
[3:29:21 pm]: Steve
The only other number we have is for the hearing impaired. Hearing impaired callers using TTY technology can reach us at 1-855-889-4325.
[3:30:12 pm]: Shannon
I don't have a tty machine, it's just a relay service. I write what I want to say, someone reads it, then they write what the other person says back. It doesn't require any different technology, just someone with a bit of patience on the other end.
[3:30:55 pm]: Steve
Sorry, we don't have that service.
[3:31:01 pm]: Steve
I apologize for the inconvenience.
[3:31:21 pm]: Shannon
You don't have that service, I do. Like I said, all the other end needs is patience.
[3:32:59 pm]: Steve
I'm sorry, by phone it would only be done by speaking or the hearing impaired.
[3:33:46 pm]: Shannon
So if i have autism I'm just screwed, and can't get insurance?

REALLY ****ING HELPFUL. Ugh.

Every time I mention finding a job outside of town, my mom throws a FIT. You know what? I DON'T WANT TO LIVE HERE ANYMORE AND YOU'RE ONE OF THE MAJOR REASONS. Plus I can't make $600 a month forever. I NEED a full time job, and there simply AREN'T ANY in my field around here. If I want a job, I HAVE to move. Go guilt trip someone who cares.

You should be ok if you just go ahead and have the service you use call the main customer service number anyway. The service should be able to advocate for you and provide verification information if a customer service representative gives them any grief.

I'm leaving for Hawaii in a couple of hours. It's with my family and I've become a super nervous traveller and crowded places like airports and malls overwhelm me easily. My family doesn't really believe that I have issues so I'm kinda on my own if I start to freak out.

I'm scared.

I'm really *not* looking for training advice every time I post to Facebook. For serious. Especially when your dog is not as well-behaved as mine. So just stop. Please. :wall:

I just wanted to thank Talon for taking care of that burden in my bank account known as money. I was really looking for a reason to blow away the rest of the money I had, thanks.

Talon was playing with Zoe in the yard and I go inside to use the restroom (neighbors dogs cause issues so I don't like leaving them out alone), and when I get back they are still happily running around. It wasn't until 30 mins later when I force them to stop and come inside that I notice the blood dripping from Talon's face. :yikes:

I grabbed him and his lower eye lid and swollen closed pretty much and there is blood dripping from what I thought was his eye. I got his eye open but didn't see anything really, but I was so afraid it was either the thing he had before that made his eyeballs swell or he cut his eyeball and would lose sight in that eye. So we got to take a trip to the ER Vet.

Turns out he jabbed himself really hard with what was most likely a branch from a bush and took out a huge gash under his eye ball. So the eye lid swelled and it was actually bleeding from the cut under his eye, not his eyeball. They flushed his eye just in case, took a good look at it and gave us antibiotic drops and sent us home. Talon didn't so much as flinch from any of this! My dog has a high pain tolerance. -_-

So his eye is back to normal, the cut is healing, he's his dopey self, and I'm even lighter on money than I was before. So happy for CareCredit!

I think I'm guilty of this sometimes ..but it comes from a genuine place& if it's something I know lots about (focus, building tug drive in non-tugging dogs ..and that's about it! LOL!). I'm sure some people think 'That dog of hers isn't even that focused so why is she giving advice?' but the reality is we've FOUGHT to get the focus we have now& I learned a lot ..so even if people have way less issues, sometimes I think the vast knowledge I've accumulated in the last 18 months may help someone new to figuring out their issue with maybe not so much experience in the 'bad dog' category !
