Also, I know this is minor and nitpicky and I'm just being annoying, but the lack of professionalism... I've been going through people's accounts and fixing all the spelling and grammar errors, because I am horrified at the thought of people getting an invoice that reads "extention" instead of "extension" or with an inappropriate apostrophe. And then my co-worker hands me the weekly newsletter she sends out, and OMG. There are apostrophes everywhere that DO NOT NEED TO BE THERE. Then she sent out a mass e-mail that referred to produce coming from California changing to coming from "the desserts in Arizona." I'm mortified. You know, one mistake is one mistake. But it's everywhere. Everywhere! Repeatedly! How can ANYBODY take us as a company seriously?? Holy crap.
