Must be something going around, I was awake at 6AM too... weird.

Payton is having a crisis because Pepper is in season and Auggie smells weird because he has a UTI and he simultaneously hates and loves everybody and thinks he might want to mark the whole house please just to make sure it smells proper.
Going to kill the puppy.

Sir hasn't eaten his last three meals and puked about four times yesterday.

UGH why does this dog have to be so difficult?

Did not sleep at all last night. So exhausted today. I have to leave for work in thirty minutes. Ugh!!!!

I am looking forward to having the fourth off but so much to do and all I want is a nap!

Warning...first world problems. All I want to do is put on some music on youtube while I pick up in here and my internet keeps crashing often enough it won't load the videos. And then youtube only buffers like 10% in front of what you are watching so you can't like...have it all loaded and replay it. Bah. And I want to listen to specific (newer) songs that aren't on my ipod/phone/radio/etc etc. Sad.

I kind of just realized that even with the 4th this week, I don't have any extra days off from work.... because I always have Thursdays off.

I totally should have used a vacation day this week. Waaahhh.

It's ridiculously hot here in Arizona. Thus, no one can or wants to stay out for long. Since our air is really struggling in the hottest parts of the day, I don't feel appropriate limiting the puppy's water as much as I usually do. Thus, he sneak pee'd today in the hall. He's way too giant for these shenanigans!

Fitz had a fit while I was screwing around with his loose tooth and he bit me pretty hard a couple times. The inside of my left wrist along my veins is bruised and he got my thumb where I got bit by the beagle before and it aggravated whatever happened before when the beagle bit. My hand hurts to grasp things like water bottles and plates. I have no idea what it could be. No punctures just a bruised feeling.

Oddly enough though, writing on my iPhone doesn't bother it.

And I agree. My hand swelled up today and I wasn't sure if my muscles hurt more from the hiking or if my fingers hurt more from holding an ipod.

Shifting is hell. I'm shifting with my pinky. I cried on the way to the doc's the night I smashed my hand in the door.

Procreating did not suddenly make me incapable of caring about anything other than my kid. I can still care about my dogs and train and *shockingly* I still have time to knit and sew and read if I feel like it. Is it harder? Yes. Can I still do it? Yes. STFU people.

Actually I'm pretty relieved to hear you say this, because my impression has largely been that once you have a baby you just turn into a blob of baby-related things, hate your dogs, and don't do anything but watch Dora the Explorer and talk about baby accessories. :lol-sign: It's really rather off-putting. I'm glad to hear you can be a person with your own identity AND enjoy your kid. Like, seriously.

ETA: I hope this wasn't offensive to parents, I didn't really mean anybody here but how the general populace makes parenthood sound, rather. I'm inspired by those on Chaz who balance their dogs, kids, and hobbies, is what I'm saying.
