I am leaving for Florida in 5 days.

I'm excited, but completely dreading the thought of leaving Frodo for like 8 days. I wish we were only going for like...4 days. Or something.

I know what you mean. I'm having to board Gwen for 10 days. I'm not sure how she'll do. I wish I could take her.
But... Yay trip.

Hopefully! Just a little humidity, that's all I need! I don't want to feel like I'm walking through lotion, but this is a tad over the top for "dry" climate.

Why is no one awake when I'm awake? This insomnia/effed up sleep schedule is now just pissing me off!!!

Backup got excited and peed on my bed when saying hi. Not once, not twice after the sheets were changed, but three times rendering my sheets and blankets unusable.

Tonight I sleep in a sleeping bed and Backup sleeps in a crate. Water binging dogs are fun.

I'm supposed to be having a good time this weekend. Going Christmas shopping with my friend who I haven't seen in months. Getting together with my extended family and having a Christmas get-together on Sunday...but all I can think about is that Dameon probably won't make it to Christmas. I've had him since I was 15 years old. We've been through a lot of **** together. He was always there for a cuddle when nobody else was. I was going to buy him a small little Wubba toy for Christmas and watch him open it up Christmas Eve. Now I won't be able to.

Guess I should be thankful I have friends and family to surround myself with right now.

When I'm home over lunch I'm really hoping to see an improvement now that there has been a chance for the meds to kick in. But I just have the feeling that this is it.
