These ornaments didn't make the cut for our Christmas tree this year. My mom gave me a bunch of unwanted ornaments during college for our tree since it was our first year having our own tree. Since then, we have way more than enough ornaments from vacations and picking out our own that we like.

Some of these are really bad... they'd look good on a Christmas tree in Nightmare Before Christmas.

Without further ado, here are the ornaments:

One legged Santa:

Fashionista Snowman who says "Ooooh honey, don't you just look faboo!":

Horse Lion:

It has a mane so I'm assuming it's a lion, but it has a saddle which makes it confusing.

Broken Home:

Native American Angel:

It's just tacky.

Is it bad that I feel too guilty to throw them away? I'm just going to put them back away in one of the decoration totes.

I love this thread... I think I'm going to take photos of my reject ornaments too.
We did throw a bunch of weird ones away a few years ago but I saved some odd ones I really didn't want to part with and yet don't really want to hang on my tree either LOL.

We had evil Santa who wasn't going on the tree, but I put on.... And then the tree fell over with no one near it.... Ceiling height tree, fully decorated.

Evil Santa lived outside from then on.

LOL, your Lion with a saddle made me laugh.

Those are hilarious.

We have quite a few of those tacky ridiculous ornaments too.

I took this picture last year.... we took all the boxes down from the attic and these two angel-candle-ornament-things must have been getting busy, making more ornament babies. I kid you not, they were attached like this when we took them out. All of us immature people thought it was quite funny.

OMG! This is hilarious!!! Jessie, those are some real doozers. Actually, your "horse lion" is kind of cute. I have some that look kind of like that. Jackson'smom...too funny how you found those. :D Its something that we probably all have thought about, but never brought up in conversation. I know I have some reject ornaments too. They've been taking up space in boxes and moved from house to house since about 1970. :rofl1: It's impossible to throw them away and equally impossible to put them on any Xmas tree.
